Doubledown and the codes page. When logged in and Doubledown is open, click on the codes page and open the code. Click on the link provided and, while it is loading, close Doubledown page. While Doubledown page is opening, reload codes page. Repeat until all codes redeemed. A pain, but you still get codes.
